Ll 76's Terms & Conditions — Full Version in Bengali

Ll 76 (operating as ll76.net) is an international online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between ll 76 and all registered members. By using the ll 76 website or mobile app, you are deemed to have accepted all provisions set out in these Terms & Conditions.

Although these Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali, the governing legal document is prepared in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.

Ll 76 reserves the right to provide or refuse service in any region at its own discretion. Where local laws or regulations apply, ll 76 is obligated to comply and may suspend services in the relevant region as required.

To open an account with ll 76, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must not be a resident of any country where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You are opening this account in your own name and for your own use — not on behalf of anyone else.
• You have not previously had an account closed or banned on ll 76.

You must provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of registration. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

Each person may only operate one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, bank account, or identity document is strictly prohibited.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, ll 76 may request proof of identity, proof of address, and payment method documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

Ll 76 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposit Charges: ll 76 does not charge any deposit fees, though charges from your payment provider may apply.

Full KYC verification is required on your account before any withdrawal can be processed. Your first withdrawal is typically handled through the same method used for your deposit.

Ll 76 does not accept or send payments to third-party accounts. You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Using an account under a different name may result in the transaction being cancelled and investigated.

Ll 76 offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and seasonal offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

• Withdrawals are not permitted after claiming a bonus until the required wagering conditions have been met.
• A 20x rollover (deposit + bonus) generally applies to the welcome bonus.
• The maximum withdrawable amount from a bonus is specified in the terms of each individual offer.
• Ll 76 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at its discretion.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once unless the terms explicitly state otherwise.

The following rules apply when placing bets on ll 76:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature applies).
• A bet may be declined due to odds changes — in which case, the staked amount will be refunded.
• If a match or event is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes will be refunded.
• A slight delay may occur in live betting — exploiting this delay to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Ll 76 reserves the right to void any bets confirmed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

Ll 76 may set maximum bet limits on specific matches or markets. Additional verification may be required before high-value bets are approved.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ll 76 platform and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Attempting to fix matches or influence the outcome of any sporting event.
• Creating multiple accounts or using multiple identities to claim bonuses.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform.
• Collecting or using other members' account information.
• Attempting to hack or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Selling, transferring, or allowing others to use your account.

Ll 76 may suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to submit KYC documents, or submission of fraudulent documents.
• If unusual or suspicious transaction activity is detected.
• By order of a legal authority.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Any pending withdrawals or bets at the time of account closure will be settled at ll 76's discretion. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support.

Ll 76 treats the security of your personal information as its highest priority. Data collected at registration is used solely for account management, KYC verification, and compliance with legal obligations.

Ll 76 never sells your personal information to third parties. However, your data may be shared in the following circumstances:

• Upon a valid request from a legal authority.
• With payment processors and verification agencies (limited to necessary information only).
• In partnership with security providers to prevent fraud.

• You can set your own deposit limits, bet limits, and loss limits.
• Temporary break and self-exclusion options are available.
• A cooling-off period can be activated at any time from your account settings.
• Ll 76 actively provides support when problematic gaming behaviour is identified.

Ll 76 accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses resulting from a bet or game session due to internet disconnection.
• Any loss caused by third-party software or device issues.
• If a game session is interrupted due to an unexpected technical error.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account — unless a fault in ll 76's own security systems is proven.

Ll 76's maximum liability for any incident shall not exceed the actual balance held in the relevant account at that time. ll 76 is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Any dispute between ll 76 and a member will be resolved through the following process:

• Step 1: Submit a complaint to Customer Support — issues are typically resolved within 7 business days.
• Step Two: If the issue remains unresolved, submit a written complaint to ll 76's compliance department.
• Step Three: If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute will be settled through mediation by ll 76's licensing authority.

Disputes will be governed by the laws of the country where ll 76 is registered. This clause does not limit your right to file a claim in local courts in Bangladesh.

Ll 76 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via email or through the platform at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Should any provision be deemed legally unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
